Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are required (no walk-ins).

Same-day or next-day appointments may be available (if offered).

Clients must bring valid government-issued ID to the appointment.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian with proof of guardianship.
Payment Policy

Deposits required at the time of booking (non-refundable, may be transferable if rescheduled within policy).

Balance due at appointment before sample collection.
-
Corporate contracts may be invoiced (Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30 terms).

Accepted payments: credit/debit card, cash, or approved business checks.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice to reschedule.

Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit.

No-shows = full deposit forfeited, new booking requires a new deposit.

The company reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Consent & Identification

All tested parties must provide informed consent before sample collection.

For legal DNA tests, chain-of-custody procedures will be strictly followed.

Refusal to sign consent forms = no test performed.
Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information and test results are kept strictly confidential.
-
Results are delivered only to the designated recipient(s) as authorized on consent forms.

The business does not share or sell client data.

Staff are trained in handling sensitive information (HIPAA compliance where applicable).
Results & Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround: 5-7 Business Days.

The business cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once samples are sent to the lab.

Results will be delivered directly by the lab (email, mail,) — not by the collector.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details for result delivery.
Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.

Refunds are not provided once samples are collected and submitted to the lab.

If a client cancels before sample collection (with proper notice), the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
Corporate & Group Testing

Code of Conduct

Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will result in service refusal.

Testing cannot be performed if clients appear intoxicated or uncooperative.
